The Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk allows participants to follow the course of the 26.2-mile Boston Marathon to honor friends, family, co-workers, and patients facing all forms of cancer.
Over the past 24 years, the Walk has contributed more than $80 million to support cancer research and care at Dana-Farber.
Walkers choose from one of four route options designed for everyone from the marathon enthusiast to the youngest walker. There is also a virtual Walker option for those who can't make it to the event.
