The 7th annual WEEI/NESN Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon reached new heights with people from all 50 states and around the world calling in on Aug. 14 and 15 to support the fight against cancer. As of midnight on Aug. 15, a record $4,839,016 was raised for pediatric and adult cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Read more

Westfield boy grows hair to help children with cancer

'Strike out Cancer' program at participating Taco Bell and KFC restaurants
From June 11-July 1, customers at participating Taco Bell and KFC restaurants will be asked to contribute $1 to the Jimmy Fund as part of the restaurants' "Strike out Cancer" program. In return for their contribution, customers will receive a paper baseball icon to write their name upon and have displayed in the restaurant. Read more

A Chance For Kids® creates winners to fight cancer, July 31– September 5
From July 28 until September 4, customers at participating Burger King, Blockbuster and Olympia Sports locations will be invited to donate $1 to the Jimmy Fund through the A Chance for Kids® campaign.
